A donation-based community gathering to soften, release, and restore balance through breath and sound. Suggested contribution $15–$20.
Like the waves of the ocean, this class is about softening, releasing, and flowing with what is. Guided breathwork, paired with the restorative resonance of crystal sound bowls, will support emotional release, intuitive connection, and gentle restoration. Come ready to breathe into ease and surrender, inspired by the fluid, cleansing qualities of Water.
