Birth Doula
Michele Lawson
Childhood Educator
Placenta Encapsulation
In 2011, I married a man 18 days after meeting him! Together, we've navigated seven teenagers and homeschooled our youngest child since pre-K. That little guy sparked us to co-create our homeschool co-op, Growing Together AZ. In 2020, I began my journey as a professional birth worker, and obtained certification as a birth doula.
Every tidbit of education or experience has me hungry for more. My background in family development, early childhood education, and now birth work, fuels my passion to empower all people with confidence and positivity. My greatest advice for living, Believe In You. Always.

Energetic + Subconscious Specialist
Human Design Expert
Hi, I’m Victoria — an intuitive guide, subconscious integrative practitioner, and energetic co-regulator here to support you in one of the most powerful transitions of your life.
My work lives at the intersection of the nervous system, energy field, and belief system. I help expectant and new parents clear subconscious blocks, regulate their emotional landscape, and align with their inner truth — so they can experience birth and postpartum with clarity, confidence, and connection.
I created the Energetic & Subconscious Support for Conscious Birth + Beyond plan for families who want more than surface-level preparation. This is for those who feel the call to go deeper — to tend to their internal world, to move through fear, and to create safety from the inside out.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or reconnecting with yourself after a major life shift, this work is here to meet you exactly where you are.
It’s my greatest joy and honor to walk alongside you as you align, expand, and remember the power that’s always been within you!

Chelsey Rodgers
Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC)
Hi, I’m Chelsey Rodgers a Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) and registered nurse with 20 years of experience. I’m most passionate about educating and caring for moms and babies - especially during those tender early days.
As a nurse, I’ve supported countless families through the first hours, days, and weeks of newborn life - helping with everything from feeding challenges to reading baby cues and soothing techniques. And as a mom, I know how emotional and overwhelming that time can be.
Breastfeeding may be natural, but that doesn’t mean it always comes easily. When I struggled with nursing my own baby, I didn’t know where to turn for help outside the hospital. Looking back, I realize how much of a difference compassionate, personalized support can make. That’s why I’m here, to help you feel informed, supported, and confident, no matter where you are in your feeding journey. I cannot wait to help you succeed on your feeding journey.
