Birth and Loss Doula
Placenta Encapsulation Specialist
Eliza Jessop
Hi there, I'm Eliza!
Birth work runs deep in my family; my mother and 2 sisters are midwives.
I am proud to continue that legacy of caring for growing families. I am a mother of 9 amazing children and a grandmother of 13 beautiful grandchildren. Since 2018, I have been serving as a birth doula, loss doula, and providing placenta encapsulation services. It has been my privilege to walk alongside parents during one of life's most transformative experiences. My approach is rooted in compassion and the belief that every birth is unique and is deserving of personalized care. I consider it a calling to serve families in this capacity by offering emotional, physical, and informational support, to help families feel confident, empowered, and respected throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

Birth Doula in Training + Postpartum Doula
Dana Tosh
Hi, I’m Dana! I’ve always been deeply drawn to pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, and that passion only grew after having two children of my own. As a postpartum doula, I’m dedicated to supporting families as they navigate the transition into parenthood.
My mission is to educate, nurture, and advocate for the families I serve, helping them feel confident and cared for during this transformative time. I want parents to feel empowered in caring for their newborns and prioritizing their own healing. It’s a true honor to walk alongside families during such a meaningful and tender chapter of their lives.

Birth Doula in Training + Licensed Acupuncturist
Dana Bruck
Hi, I’m Dana, a mother of two, doula, and licensed acupuncturist with a deep passion for supporting women through every chapter of motherhood. I was raised in Phoenix, Arizona and after many years away it feels good to be back here with my husband to raise our children. I enjoy spending my days with my kids, hiking desert trails, crafting, cooking nourishing meals, and creating herbal remedies from nature’s medicine cabinet.
Before stepping into doula work, I practiced fertility and perinatal acupuncture, working closely with families from conception through postpartum recovery. It was through this intimate work that I witnessed firsthand the strength and vulnerability of mothers, and the profound need for compassionate, continuous care during labor and beyond.
After my first birth — though beautiful in many ways — I felt something was missing. The experience left me yearning for deeper support and a sense of empowerment that I knew was possible. Determined to create a different story for my second birth, I sought out a new team and met the doula who would inspire my path. That experience, and the transformative course I later took with The Matrona, ignited my calling to birth work.
Today, I’m honored to walk alongside families as they navigate the sacred journey of labor, birth, and postpartum. I believe every mother deserves to feel supported, seen, and empowered in her choices. It’s my heartfelt mission to hold space for birthing people and their families with warmth, wisdom, and unconditional support.

Director of Operations + Client Care
Kristen Stangeland
Hi, I’m Kristen!!
As Whole Mama’s Director of Operations and Client Care, I support both the families we serve and the team that makes our work possible. I oversee the systems, partnerships, and day-to-day operations that keep Whole Mama running smoothly, while also ensuring every family receives thoughtful, personalized care.

With over 7 years of experience as a dedicated Newborn Care Specialist, I bring calm, confident, and compassionate support to families navigating the early days of postpartum. While much of my role focuses on operations, I remain closely connected to the families we serve — making sure their experience feels seamless, supportive, and aligned with their needs.
My approach is rooted in responsiveness and warmth, whether I’m guiding parents directly or building structures behind the scenes that allow our whole team to care for families well. For me, this isn’t just about managing services — it’s about creating an environment where parents feel seen, supported, and empowered as they grow their families. Because postpartum care isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity. And ensuring families feel truly held is at the heart of everything I do at Whole Mama.

Postpartum Doula
Lisa Travis
Hi, I’m Lisa, a Postpartum and Ayurvedic wellness practitioner and yoga instructor. My work weaves together sacred structure and soulful softness to help women navigate the threshold of new motherhood and all the identity shifts that come with it.
After years of over-performing and under-feeling, my own postpartum journey cracked me open. I learned to surrender the hustle, root into my body, and reclaim a gentler way of being. That lived experience now informs what I bring to postpartum care.
Through postpartum doula support, holistic ritual practices, and Ayurvedic guidance, I hold space for the tender season after birth, supporting women on every level: physical, emotional, and spiritual. My approach blends evidence-based care with ancient feminine wisdom, grounded in the belief that healing unfolds most naturally when we are deeply seen, gently held, and honored in our wholeness.

Chelsey Rodgers
RN, IBCLC

Hi, I’m Chelsey Rodgers a Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) and registered nurse with 20 years of experience. I’m most passionate about educating and caring for moms and babies - especially during those tender early days.
As a nurse, I’ve supported countless families through the first hours, days, and weeks of newborn life - helping with everything from feeding challenges to reading baby cues and soothing techniques. And as a mom, I know how emotional and overwhelming that time can be.
Breastfeeding may be natural, but that doesn’t mean it always comes easily. When I struggled with nursing my own baby, I didn’t know where to turn for help outside the hospital. Looking back, I realize how much of a difference compassionate, personalized support can make. That’s why I’m here, to help you feel informed, supported, and confident, no matter where you are in your feeding journey. I cannot wait to help you succeed on your feeding journey.

Intuitive Channel
Energetic + Subconscious Specialist
Hi, I’m Victoria Richardson, a Neurospiritual Practitioner and intuitive guide supporting mothers through the emotional, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of birth and beyond.

My work bridges neuroscience, energetics, and subconscious transformation to help women release fear, trauma, and limiting beliefs stored in the body and energy field — so they can experience pregnancy, birth, and motherhood with deeper trust, safety, and peace.
Each session is a sacred space where the subconscious and the soul meet. I help mothers connect with the spirit of their baby, heal ancestral patterns, and restore coherence to the nervous system and energy field — allowing them to feel grounded, confident, and spiritually aligned as they welcome and nurture new life.

This work reaches beyond mindset. It’s an activation of remembrance.

Together, we bring healing to your lineage, harmony to your body, and connection to the divine intelligence that moves through both mother and child. Learn more!
