A donation-based community gathering to awaken energy, rebuild strength, and nourish the spirit through breath and sound. Suggested contribution $15–$20.
This session is designed to awaken your inner fire and rebuild energy from the inside out. Guided breathwork, accompanied by the warming tones of crystal sound bowls, will help you feel re-energized, empowered, and alive. A nourishing reset before the winter season, inspired by the transformative power of Fire.
