About the event
A donation-based community gathering to ground, restore, and reconnect through breath and sound. Suggested contribution $15–$20.
This class invites you to ground into your body’s wisdom and find steadiness in times of change. Through guided breathwork and the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, you’ll practice calming the nervous system, slowing down, and cultivating a deep sense of presence. A space to feel supported, steady, and connected within — inspired by the grounding qualities of Earth.
